I think the judge wants no part of trying to set some major prescedent; sounds like he’s got a holiday planned in July and is going.

At the end of the day, this club has lost hundreds of millions of dollars since its arrival in the desert (please know that I wish this weren’t the case…I wish Phoenix, like Nashville, as a huge success and was making money and playing to a full barn of paying fans every night). Someone has had to take it in the neck for that money. And money…that fixes everything.
