Digital Certificate Registration

Where can I get a copy of this death record?

Alright, I found my great great grandfather in the “Irish, Civil Registration Indexes 1845-1958.” I don’t want the original image of the index, however I do want to have a copy of his death certificate. Is there anyway I can get his death certificate? Does Ireland have death certificates from that time period or is the index the only thing and just a list? How much money would a death certificate cost from Ireland. I live in America, so please give addresses or websites that I can visit to find out. Here is my ancestor:

Name: Timothy Cantillon
Registration District: Listowel
Record Types: DEATHS
Registration Date, quarter and year: October-December 1926
Estimated Birth Year: 1856
Age: 70
Mother’s Surname:
Film Number: 101736
Volume: 5
Page: 261
Digital GS Number: 4202043
Image Number: 00529

All help is appreciated.

coganj@iol.ie is the contact email at the site
http://homepages.iol.ie/~coganj/list.htm which, in turn, is a link from the site http://www.igp-web.com/kerry/research.html#aids

Listowel is located in County Kerry, and their genealogy site is at

http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~irlker/plus.html says:
All births, marriages and deaths occurring since 1864 (and Church of Ireland marriages occurring since 1 April 1845) should be on record in the General Register Office, 8-11 Lombard Street East, Dublin 2.
