I want to take a course to get a paralegal certificate, and I need some advice quickly?

done. I need a school New York provides a certificate for those who have a degree degree (bachelor's in Political Science). I need this done immediately. Please help!

The first manifest provided the link that you need to list paralegal ABA program. Check in your area that offer certification programs. Sincerely, moving the paralegal profession is not something that is fast. It is not easy. You should put your time. Paralegal is not an entry-level position. Even with BA and a certificate, you may need to start at the bottom (a legal secretary, clerk, receptionist) until they get enough experience to qualify by law as a paralegal. In particular the new labor market in York!

Should I become a court reporter or a paralegal?

I used to be a system ANALYST (15 years). I'm tired of races is not ever (which I liked, though paid well). Then I stopped, I moved from Washington to Los Angeles, CA, where I had some part-time unique work. I am an administrative assistant for the last 3 years for a local utility company. Now I am looking for a new career – hopefully something more interesting and rewarding. 'm considering even Paralegal and Court Reporting. Paralegal will I get 1 year for the certificate at night school at UCLA, the average salary beginning was $ 45,000, maybe a year, in the high $ 75,000 to $ 90,000, once he became a great experience. But I have heard some negative things about the profession. signaling Court takes 3 years (!) school night, but the pay is $ 75,000 and up range from the beginning, and now I am very flexible .. I have heard is hard to do and the dropout rate is too high. I am on my mid-40s. What should I do?

I would say paralegal … that my field. An experienced paralegal can go on to become a court reporter after … as I said, however, with experience. Paralegals can work in many different contexts …. law firms, corporations, governments and others.
