Unexplained pain in the wrist and body?

He had wrist pain for the last four days every three years (subject). I was diagnosed with tendinitis to my left thumb (w / o X-rays), about 7 years ago. When the pain in his left wrist began in 2007, went to the doctor and he told me my X-rays were normal. Shortly thereafter, my right wrist started to hurt. Because I'm not sure that just seeing another dr and he told me the same thing. N arthritis, carpal tunnel or not, tendonitis. He prescribed Motrin and almost no pain. So he set naproxen and worked for a week. The pain became much worse at night. Now I had a cramp like pain in his right foot on my big toe left for 5 months (again, no injuries). I fell and hurt my back about 2 months and I hurt my back immediately and both are still sore, as if the injury was yesterday. I'm only 36 years, I'm used to heal faster than that. Does anyone have any idea what is happening to me?

Hard to say without looking. Seems to have been diagnosed. Maybe it's anxiety, in order to post here? If this is the case, it is likely that only the best way to say "It 's nice feel pain at times. "The reason I say that it's hard to say without taking into account because they were not very descriptive of the pain -" The pain and cramping in the foot and ."–, said: "I never hurt my wrist." Most of the skeletons of 36 years look like the skeletons of young rodeo clown. How can you be 36 years and not hurt your wrist? So there's a huge list of possibilities, such as small tumors of the skin or oil, calcium deposits in the previous trauma, micro-fractures or interference, hypertension due to anxiety, sleep posture (such as sleeping on your arm or someone sleeping on the arm or have had for a long time), repetitive strain injuries repeated nerve damage …. We will keep brainstorming, right? If it really bothers you, you might want to go to the doctor in the bones and, if he looked. I'd say it's more likely that a bone problem. But if you are the best choice will be to learn to live with the pain. You do not want someone to cut his wrist open and grind the bones … Do you? I do not know, some people do when they have a micro fracture of the lateral condyle of the tibia. However, in reality could only be something like that warped and do not give the rest period. Many people do not realize when you rotate the wrist or ankle or knee or elbow. Things happen like this: "Oh, I got into a fight with My brother and then my elbow was bothering me, "or" My son was arrested on your quad, and I had to withdraw from it to keep the engine burning leg ", or something as simple as" I almost fell very expensive tool, and tried to stabalize with nothing but my wrist. "It 'a situation where there is a lot of adrenaline, and there is no specific trauma caused by the twist, but the muscle hyper-activation took the bones out of alignment a bit '. And the only solution is a lot of rest and support (eg, a wrist strap) – The number of months.
