fingers do not work well in writing – brain nerve or muscle?

I started having trouble writing, and once when I was close I have a new computer keyboard, I thought that was the cause. Two keyboards and five years later, the problems are geting worse, not better. I'm beginning to think that there is a brain dysfunction – or? When a capital letter at the end very often in windy conditions. Adjustment often get the wrong characters or spacing (eg, a space. Before the last letter of a word rather than later) I'm looking for a new job, but most are more writing – WMP 60 vs 35 can handle – in a good day. I am concerned that is possible. I am prone to carpal tunnel syndrome, especially in the right wrist, but has worsened in recent months. Even I am getting some arthritis in the fingers of the right, but that is not evil. And misc. memory problems, but is no worse than 10 years. I also have thyroid disease, treated with drugs. I'm in my late 50's. Any ideas on how to resolve my problem?
